What we keepOnly what you send us
When you fill in a form on this site (a note to us, a bingo seat reservation, an event registration, or your chalice wishes) we keep what you typed, the time you sent it, and which page or flyer brought you here. We do not ask for anything we do not need.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
To know which pages are read and which flyers work, we count visits two ways, neither of which uses cookies or identifies you. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us totals: visits, pages, the country and type of device. And our own count records each page view and link click with the page, the name of the website that sent you here (not the full address), the flyer or QR code tag in the link if there was one, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, your browser’s language, how far down the page you scrolled and how long it was open, and whether you started or sent a form (never what you typed in it). To count a visit, your browser keeps a random number for as long as that tab is open, and the date of your last visit; neither is a cookie, and both stay on your device. We do not record your IP address, and we cannot tell who you are from any of it.
Who sees itAssembly officers, nobody else
What you send is read by the officers who need it to reply to you or to run the event: usually the Faithful Purser and the Faithful Navigator. We never sell it, share it outside the assembly, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
The information is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and this site is hosted by Netlify. Payments for bingo seats are handled by Square; we never see your card number.
